Every purchase of a seamless pattern digital file by Lilac Lemonade Digital, includes a Basic Commercial License. This grants you the non-exclusive right to use the purchased digital file for both personal projects and small-business commercial use, strictly capped at 500 physical units.
Production Limits:
- This license covers the creation and sale of up to 500 physical end-products total per purchased file.
- If your production run exceeds 500 units, an Extended Commercial License must be purchased separately from Lilac Lemonade Digital.
Approved Uses:
- You may create and sell physical end-products using this digital file (such as clothing, accessories, stationary, or handmade goods).
- You may print the design onto custom fabrics, faux leather, or wrapping paper for your own business use.
- You may incorporate the pattern as a background element in your own branding, packaging, or marketing materials.
Prohibited Uses:
- You may not resell, share, or distribute the original digital file, either as-is or modified.
- You may not upload the standalone file to print-on-demand marketplaces (such as Spoonflower, Redbubble, or Society6) to sell as a fabric or wallpaper listing.
- You may not incorporate the seamless pattern into new digital assets, such as digital clipart sheets or digital scrapbooking kits, for resale.
- You may not claim the artwork as your own illustration.
