This Extended Commercial License upgrades your standard basic license, providing the legal rights to manufacture physical products at a higher volume using one (1) single digital design file from Lilac Lemonade Digital. Whether you are a growing craft seller, a boutique clothing manufacturer, or a wholesale custom fabric print shop, we offer two flexible tiers to support your business growth.

Tier 1: Boutique Extended License

• Production Limit: Covers the physical manufacturing and sale of 501 to 5,000 total units for a single specific design.
• Best For: Boutique clothing manufacturers, successful craft sellers, and independent stationary brands scaling up their inventory.

Tier 2: Unlimited Commercial License

• Production Limit: Grants unlimited physical manufacturing rights with absolutely no unit caps.
• Best For: Wholesale fabric print shops (selling fabric by the yard), large-scale apparel manufacturers, and high-volume physical goods suppliers.

Our Seamless Upgrade Policy

We want to support your brand as it grows. If you purchase the Tier 1 Boutique License and later exceed the 5,000-unit production limit, you can easily upgrade to our Tier 2 Unlimited Commercial License at any time.

• Pay the Difference: You will only be required to pay the difference between the two tiers. 
• How to Upgrade: Simply contact our support team, with your original order number and the name of the digital file. You will be issued a custom invoice or a personalized upgrade discount code to complete the transaction and provide your new unlimited licensing certificate.

How This License Works:

• Applies to One Design: This license applies to exactly one (1) seamless repeating pattern or themed digital clipart bundle.
• Requires Base Purchase: You must purchase the original digital design file (sold separately) in addition to this license.
• Checkout Instructions: During checkout, you must leave the exact name or URL of the digital design file this license applies to in the “Order Notes” box.

Approved Uses:

• You may manufacture and sell physical end-products using the specified design up to your purchased tier’s limit (e.g., custom apparel, fabrics, wrapping paper, tumblers).
• You may print and sell raw textiles or fabric by the yard (strictly limited to Tier 2 Unlimited License holders).
• You may market and sell your physical items without providing brand credit to Lilac Lemonade Digital.

Prohibited Uses:

• You may not resell, share, transfer, or distribute the original layered source files or flattened digital assets, either as-is or modified. 
• You may not upload the standalone digital file to third party print-on-demand marketplaces (such as Spoonflower, Redbubble, or Society6) to seem as a raw material, fabric, or wallpaper listing.
• You may not incorporate the artwork into new digital products, such as digital scrapbooking kits or clipart bundles, for resale.
• You may not claim the original illustration or seamless tile as your own artwork.

What You Receive:

• Upon purchase, you will instantly receive a downloadable PDF Licensing Certificate tailored to your chosen tier.
• Please retain this PDF receipt alongside your order confirmation email as your official proof of commercial licensing. No physical item will be shipped.
