Tier 1: Entire Shop Boutique License

• Production Limit: Covers the physical manufacturing and sale of 501 to 5,000 total units per design across the entire shop.
• Best For: Independent boutiques, high-volume craft sellers, and stationery brands who frequently purchase new seasonal designs.

Tier 2: Entire Shop Unlimited License

• Production Limit: Grants unlimited physical manufacturing rights for every design in the shop, with absolutely no unit caps.
• Best For: Wholesale fabric print shops (selling fabric by the yard), large-scale apparel manufacturers, and high-volume physical goods suppliers.

Our Seamless Upgrade Policy:

We want to support your brand as it scales! If you initially purchase the Tier 1 Entire Shop Boutique License and later exceed the 5,000-unit limit on your top -performing products, you can upgrade to the Tier 2 Entire Shop Unlimited License at any time.

• Pay the Difference: You will only be required to pay the exact price difference between the two tiers.
• How to Upgrade: Simply contact our support team with your original Entire Shop order number. We will issue a custom invoice or a personalized upgrade discount code to complete the transaction and provide your new unlimited licensing certificate.

How This Blanket License Works:

• License Only (Files Sold Separately): This listing is for the legal commercial rights only. It does not include the digital design files. You must still purchase the individual digital files from the shop the receive the high-resolution downloads.
• No Checkout Notes Required: Unlike our single-design licenses, you do not need to leave design names in the checkout notes. This certificate legally covers any design purchased under the same email address/customer account.
• Lifetime Coverage: This is a one-time flat fee. Your chose tier automatically applies to any new designs you purchase from Lilac Lemonade Digital in the future.

Approved Uses:

• You may manufacture and sell physical end-products using any of our designs up to your purchased tiers limit.
• You may print and sell raw textiles or fabric by the yard (strictly limited to Tier 2 Unlimited License holders).
• You may market and sell your physical items without providing brand credit to Lilac Lemonade Digital.

Prohibited Uses:

• You may not resell, share, transfer, or distribute our original layered source files or flattened digital assets under any circumstances.
• You may not upload our files to third-party print-on-demand marketplaces (such as Spoonflower, RedBubble, or Society 6).
• You may not incorporate our artwork into new digital products for resale, or claim the original illustrations as your own.

• Upon purchase, you will instantly receive a downloadable PDF “Entire Shop Licensing Certificate” tailored to your chosen tier.
• Please retain this PDF receipt alongside your future order confirmation emails as your official proof of commercial licensing.
